FRANCOTEX SL in its organisational and management model has set up a Whistleblower Channel in order to have preventive effectiveness and enable the detection of acts or conduct that could be contrary to the general or sectorial regulations applicable to it in accordance with the Criminal Code when it imposes “the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model.

Treatment information

If you identify yourself, in accordance with the current and applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by FRANCOTEX SL, CIF B03136132 with registered office at AV DE LA SERRELLA 8, 03820 COCENTAINA, ALICANTE in order to manage your communication, adopt the corresponding corrective measures and, if necessary, inform you of the outcome of the procedure.

The legitimate basis for this treatment is the consent given by the complainant.

FRANCOTEX SL informs that the data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to clarify the reported facts. In any case after three (3) months the data provided will be destroyed unless they are investigated in a different legal environment.

We also inform you that we will process the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner and undertake to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as the consent given for the processing thereof, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or to the e-mail address: jorge@francotex.com.

You may also contact the Supervisory Authority, in this case the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to file any complaint you deem appropriate.

Lastly, the complainant gives his/her explicit consent to the processing of the aforementioned data.
